Terra Holdings wanted to create apps for its real estate firms Halstead and BHS. Both apps would contain similar home buying features, but would need to have their own distinct look and feel. To solve for this, we created two apps that shared a code base but housed separate design styles and assets for each.

We created an experience where couples can connect their accounts to find and track properties they like together, while easily keeping in touch with their realtor. To keep up with the busy home hunting process, we also created Apple Watch apps.
